9.2. The Terms of Use are governed in all their aspects by the legislation in force in the Portuguese legal system.
9.3. For the resolution of any disputes, namely regarding the interpretation and application of the Terms of Use, as well as the acts performed under them, which are not resolved by agreement between the Parties, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the Judicial Court of the District of Porto, with express waiver of any other.
